The Bijur Delimon SMAC-MAX Controller (Part No. 42012-4) is a fully programmable lubrication controller designed for precise management of centralized lubrication systems. Operating on 110 VAC, it supports four functional modes—Timer, Pressure, Cycle, and Pulse—to match the requirements of injector, progressive, and pulsed lubrication systems. Settings are stored in non-volatile memory to protect configurations during power interruptions.
The controller features a digital front-panel display and LED indicators for clear visibility of system conditions including power status, pump run cycles, spray operation, low lubricant level, air pressure faults, and pause or standby modes. Additional functions include afterblow timing (0–99 seconds), remote reset/manual start, low-level detection, pressure switch monitoring, and alarm relay outputs to detect lubrication system faults.
Housed in an IP-55 rated enclosure for harsh industrial environments, the SMAC-MAX provides dependable system monitoring and control for machinery requiring reliable lubrication delivery and automated fault detection.
