Before You Order
- Special or OEM version not listed on DS 24117. Order by the P/N on the nameplate; shot size, reservoir and cycle may differ from the standard 26350 models.
- Cycle time is fixed by the motor: 26350-1 to -6 run 6.4 to 128 min at 50 Hz (5.3 to 106.7 min at 60 Hz). Pick the dash number for the interval you need (DS 24117).
- The main supply must be fused; the lubricator has no internal protection (DS 24117).
- Not for explosive atmospheres or for pumping highly flammable liquids (DS 24117).
- Leave 115 mm (4.5 in) below the reservoir for removal; the mounting surface must carry 3.4 kg (7.5 lb) (DS 24117).
- For 230 VAC, hot goes to terminal 4 and the suppressor wire moves from terminal 5 to 4 (DS 24117).
Choosing Between Options
- TMD-5 covers 1-5 cc per cycle; for 0.2-1.0 cc use TM-1 (DS 24117; DS 35477).
- Replacing an obsolete TM-5: the TMD-5 has the same 1-5 cc piston-pump range; BDI also offers special SureFire II SFX71322-RK/-BK (DS 24117; TS020).
- 24 VDC supply: 32295 (27.7 min at 60 Hz) is the only DC model (DS 24117).
