- Measuring-chamber cover cap 27335 fits FL32, FL33, FL42 and FL43; indicator cap U1732D fits FL-1/FL44; U1732E fits FL11/FL45 (Catalog B151 p.61).
Before You Order
- Check actual output if the cap is set under 1/2 turn from minimum; grease must prime through small-bore tube without separating (DS 27314).
- Torque injector into manifold or 1/4 NPTF port to 10 ft-lb; tube nut 10 ft-lb (DS 27314).
- Order by name and number, e.g. "FL-32 Grease Injector, Part #27163". Outlet fittings: compression bushing 27339, sleeve 27338 (DS 27314).
- Match the injector model and thread: B151 lists FL-33/FL-42 with 1/8 NPT fittings and FL-32/FL-43 with 1/4 NPT fittings (Catalog B151 p.85).
- Supply line: 3/8" O.D. tube or 1/4" I.D. hose is for NLGI #1 or lighter up to 25 ft; for NLGI #2 or longer lines consult BDI (Catalog B151 p.85).
