Bijur Delimon 28712 (factory description: TOP COVER MOTOR MULTIPT LUB DC). MultiPort lubricators are electrically driven multiple-outlet lube units. BDI designed the MultiPort II mainly for progressive divider valve grease systems, monitored by an integral controller.

- Progressive divider valve such as PVBM: up to 20 outlets at up to 3600 psi, with cycle indicator pin that can take a switch for controller feedback (FL 36967).
- Reservoir refill: manual grease fill pump kit 37303 (120 lb drum) or 37304 (35 lb pail) includes a coupler for the standard MultiPort fill stud (Brochure 33136 p.21).
- Progressive layouts with MultiPort (1000/FD, 3000, M2500G, PVB/PVBM valves) list supply tube U424E4 (1/4") / U424E6 (3/8") and matching adapters (Catalog B151 p.88-91).
Before You Order
- Supply line: 3/8" O.D. tubing for NLGI #2 grease or lighter; 1/4" O.D. is for oil. Runs over 25 ft - consult BDI (Catalog B151 p.88).
- The source set has no MultiPort II data sheet: confirm voltage, reservoir size, outlet count, controller and level-switch type against the nameplate or BDI quote.
Choosing Between Options
- For robots and other grease points needing fail-safe feedback, BDI pairs the MultiPort II with a PVBM progressive valve fitted with a cycle-pin switch (FL 36967).
