Before You Order
- 27.7 min cycle matches TS020's 32/27.7 min row: SureFire II SFX71322-RK off time 15 min (TM-5 at 5 cc) or 30 min (at 2.5 cc).
- TMD-5 26350-4 (115/230 VAC) and 32295 (24 VDC) have the same 27.7 min cycle at 60 Hz, with a 1.8 L reservoir (DS 24117).
- TM-5 is being replaced. BDI's route is a special SureFire II (2.5 cc/cycle), not a drop-in: SFX71322-RK (110/220 VAC) or SFX71322-BK (24 VDC) (TS020).
- With the SureFire II the fixed 2.5 cc shot can give lower SLR pressure: check any existing pressure switch still trips, adjust or replace it (TS020).
Choosing Between Options
- SureFire II timer for a TM-5 replacement: on time 15 s; off time = half the TM-5 cycle if it was set at 5 cc, or the full cycle if set at 2.5 cc (TS020).
- The TMD-5 (26350-x) has the same 1-5 cc piston-pump range with a 1.8 L reservoir (DS 24117; 005-B).
