Before You Order

• Not an SLR flow control unit: the factory description is a pressure control unit / PCO operator panel. Match the P/N on the equipment it came from.
• Control units are for continuous systems only. Cyclic lubricators (L5P, TM-1, TMD-5 and similar) need Type F meter units (DS 35470; 005-B).
• Viscosity with control units: 100-10,000 SSU on V5B/V5W; 20-1500 cSt on V5 6/12/30 L assemblies (DS 36734; DS 35771; DS 36811).
• Ten rates, 5/0 (slowest, most choking) to 5 (fastest): three more slow rates than meter units offer (005-B).
• Flow direction runs top to bottom in the catalog drawings: confirm inlet and outlet ends before installing (005-B).

Choosing Between Options

• CJB: junction mount, 5/32 in tail tube; CJC: 3/32 in tube; CJD: thin bar, 1/4-28 outlet (B151 p.38).
• CSA/CSB mount at the bearing (1/8 NPT / 1/8 BSPT outlet); CKA/CKB/CKD/CKE insert into a drilled passage; CRA/CRC are reverse-flow (B151 p.38-40).
• CT and CTA to CTL tee units use junction headers with 2 to 4 tube inlets and a 1/8 NPT outlet (B151 p.40-41; 005-B).
