Before You Order

• Order an element by its housing P/N: 1 in and 3 in housings take different elements even at the same micron rating (B151 p.72).
• Pressure limits: 1/8 NPTF inline filters 500 psi; D3489/D3527/D3467 300 psi; LS0 strainers 5000 psi; stainless 26487 6000 psi (B151 p.72-73).
• LS0 strainer screen by oil: 150 µm for oil up to 2000 SSU; 500 µm for oil over 2000 SSU and all grease (B151 p.72).
• Return filter 70808 is designed for gravity return and must be installed vertically (DS 36751).
• Lubricator inlet filters: inspect every six months, replace the filter group annually (DS 21968; DS 24373).

Choosing Between Options

• Oil lines with meter units: a 25 µm filter near the lubricator, 19850 (1 in) or 19848 (3 in) (DS 24117).
• Old Bijur filters B7239, B7243, B7254 and B7257 are replaced by 19850, 19851, 19848 and 19849 (B151 p.72).
