• Pumping station: 9120 air barrel pump, DR460A reversing valve, LD7767CA1 air control panel, F1194G air regulator (DL29 p.22).
• Hose kits (72"): lube supply 200275, relief 200324, air 200325 (DL29 p.22).
• SC400 timer control for cycling, fault monitoring and afterblow nozzle purge (DL29 p.22).
• U1929D two-way line checks only for lubricants with fluid characteristics; U623 low-air-pressure switch is optional (DL29 p.22).

Before You Order

• Measure the gear face width first: it sets the lance P/N and nozzle count (DL29 p.22-23).
• DL29 lists valve panels for 2-8 nozzles only; the 1-nozzle lances (4-6 in face) have no matching panel in that list (DL29 p.23).
• Solvent cut-back lubricants: use the 9120 pump (120 lb drums) so drums change often and the lubricant doesn't dry or harden; the 9400 is fine otherwise (DL29 p.22).
• SC400 two-zone operation is not available when afterblow (air purge) is required (DL29 p.20).

Choosing Between Options

• Lances not in the DL29 p.23 table (A-suffix, S1/S2 suffix, 9-nozzle or 5-digit P/Ns) are non-standard; confirm face width, guard width and nozzle count against your drawing.
