Bijur Delimon B4047 (factory description: JCT HDR 4WAY MU TK DIE CAST). Bijur single-line resistance (SLR) meter units: small fixed-orifice fittings that split each oil shot from a cyclic lubricator between bearing points, each with its own inlet filter and outlet check valve.

Before You Order
- This is a junction header, not a meter unit: order the FT meter unit (or CT control unit) separately (005-B).
- Meter units are for cyclic lubricators only (L2P, L5P, L5H, L18P, HAP-P, TM-1, TMD-5). V5B, V5W and V5 continuous pumps need Type C control units (DS 35470; DS 36734).
- Stay inside the lubricator's max total system flow (ø) table: L2P max 60 Type F units, L5P/L18P max 70; the TM-1 table stops at 20 units (DS 24797; DS 21967; DS 35477).
- Units feed one way only: fit them with the arrow stamped on the body pointing toward the bearing (DS 35470).
- Metric A-units use M8x1, 'very close to' but not the same as 5/16-24: use M8x1 bars 20348-x with AJB, 5/16-24 bars with F-units (DS 35470; B151 p.52-54).
- Converting to a SureFire II pump: system pressure must reach about 10 psi to open the 5 lb meter-unit check valves (TS015).
Choosing Between Options
- Standard rates are 00 to 3; 3/0 and 5 are for special situations. Each step up in rate doubles the oil to that point (DS 35470).
- FJB (junction mount, 5/32 in tail tube) is the most used type; FJC takes a 3/32 in tail tube; FJD is a thinner, closer-spaced unit with a 1/4-28 outlet (DS 35470).
- FSA/FSB screw into the bearing tap (1/8 NPT / 1/8 BSPT); FKA/FKB/FKD/FKE insert into a tapped drilled passage with no tubing (DS 35470).
- FRA/FRC take oil from a pressurized drilled passage (1/8 NPT in) out to a tail tube; FB and FT tee types work with junction headers (DS 35470).
