What You'll Also Need
- A reversing valve - BM-B and BS-B do not ship with one: DR4-5, FR20 or SA-V (5800 psi) (DL29 p.14-18).
- ZV-B dual-line distributors downstream are the usual pairing for the BS-B (DS 35515 p.1).
- Optional level switch (accessory 01/03) can drive a warning lamp or an automatic filling unit (DS 35515 p.2).
Before You Order
- Pilot pistons are mechanically forced to their end position each cycle, and the pump does not need bleeding (DS 35515 p.1).
- With a hydraulic changeover valve, do not exceed that valve's max pressure (e.g. DR4-5 3500 psi); the pump relief is adjustable up to 5800 psi (DS 35515 p.1; DL29 p.14).
- Mount the BS-B vertically; wire the motor so the pump shaft turns counter-clockwise (DS 35515 p.1).
- Refill only through the refill connection coupling to keep air pockets out of the system (DS 35515 p.2).
- Greases outside NLGI 000-2, oils and synthetics: consult Bijur Delimon (DL29 p.18).
Choosing Between Options
- BM-B: 8, 15 or 30 L reservoir, 40 cc/min (63 rpm) or 80 cc/min (125 rpm). BS-B: 60 or 100 L, 120/235/365 cc/min at 80/160/250 rpm (DL29 p.18).
