Bijur Delimon D3090 (factory description: LUB TM1 15MN 115V W/SW 1L RES). Bijur TM-1 automatic cyclic lubricators: a small timing motor with gear reduction drives a spring-discharge piston pump that sends a measured oil shot to Type F meter units at a fixed interval.

Before You Order
- Switch closes when oil is above the minimum level; invert the float to reverse the action (DS 35477).
- Cycle time is fixed by the motor gearbox and changes with line frequency, e.g. C2889 = 145 min at 50 Hz, 120 min at 60 Hz (DS 35477).
- System flow limit (øT) at 1 cc/cycle: 240 with 5 meter units, 170 with 10, 140 with 15, 115 with 20 (DS 35477).
- The level switch is an indicator only: 10 W max contact rating, not to be wired in series with the motor (DS 35477).
- Dual-voltage motors: for 115 VAC connect yellow and red; for 230 VAC connect yellow and black (DS 35477).
Choosing Between Options
- TM-1 suits small oil demand: 0.2-1.0 cc per cycle. For 1-5 cc per cycle, a 1.8 L reservoir or 24 VDC, use TMD-5 26350-x / 32295 (DS 35477; DS 24117).
- Pick a level-switch model (C2889-C2897, D3087-D3096) if the machine control should see low oil (DS 35477).
