Overview
Bijur Delimon DR45 (factory description: REVERSING VALVE). Reversing (changeover) valves for dual-line systems: they send pump flow to one main line while venting the other to the reservoir, then swap, so every measuring valve strokes (DL29 p.14).

What You'll Also Need
- FR20 end-of-line systems need two pressure switches U620D1, one at the end of each supply line (DL29 p.15).
- SA-V valves need an SG-A switching device: SGA05A00 (50 bar) or SGA10A00 (100 bar) (DL29 p.15).
- A controller that accepts BDI electric reversing valves and end-of-line switches, e.g. SC400 (DL29 p.20).
Before You Order
- Used with CS2000, DC36 and DC42 stations and with air barrel pumps for spray and medium/large DuaLine systems (DL29 p.14).
- Match the valve to the station: DC41 uses FR20 (solenoid, end-of-line); CS2000, DC36 and DC42 use DR4-5; BM-B and BS-B ship without a reversing valve (DL29 p.14-18).
- Check ratings against the measuring valves: DD/DM 3500 psi (240 bar), DDM/SDM 5075 psi (350 bar); FR20 5000 psi non-shock; SA-V 5800 psi (DL29 p.7-8, p.14-15).
- DR460A is grease-only and DR460B oil-only (both with line strainer) (DL29 p.15).
- FR20 coil voltage must match the P/N: 115 VAC (0.49 A), 230 VAC (0.24 A) or 24 VDC (1.5 A) inrush/holding (DL29 p.14).
Choosing Between Options
- FR20: 2-position 4-way solenoid valve for end-of-line systems (DC41, air-powered). DR4-5: pressure-actuated, 500-3500 psi, for non-return and return systems (DL29 p.14).
- SA-V: DC-geared-motor valve for hydraulic DuaLine systems, usable as 4/2 or 3/2, 5800 psi (400 bar) (DL29 p.15).
