Bijur Delimon L6P (factory description: LUB L6P PDI MANUAL HAND PUMP). Bijur hand-operated lubricators, kits and service parts. Most models are one-shot piston pumps: work the handle and a spring pushes a measured oil shot through the line to Type F meter units.

Before You Order
- Factory description: PDI manual hand pump, for positive-displacement injector systems. The Type F meter-unit limits on this page do not apply.
- Handle side matters: L5P right D3174C / left D3173C; L18P right D3033C / left D3217C (DS 21967; DS 21968).
- Meter-unit limits: L2P 60, L5P and L18P 70 (HAP-P table runs to 70); total system flow (ø) must stay within the cc-per-shot table on the data sheet (DS 24797; DS 21967; DS 21968; DS 24375).
- Discharge pressure falls as shot size drops and the number of meter units rises (DS 21967; DS 24375).
- Inspect the 40 µm inlet filter every six months and replace the filter group annually (DS 21968; DS 24373).
- Start-up: fill the reservoir and operate the lubricator until oil flows freely at all bearings (DS 21968; DS 24373).
Choosing Between Options
- L2P: 1 or 2 cc fixed, 200 cc, compact machines. L5P: 1-5 cc adjustable, 475 cc, small/medium machines. L18P: 6-18 cc, 1 L, larger systems (DS 24797; DS 21967; DS 21968).
- L5H D3274C: pull tee-handle, fixed 5 cc. L5H-3 D3508C adds 3-outlet junction 22171 (DS 24373).
- HAP-P D3221C (push lever) or HIP-P D3204C (pull handle): 5-15 cc, 475 cc reservoir (DS 24375; 005-B).
- For automatic feed on the same Type F meter units: TM-1 (0.2-1.0 cc/cycle) or TMD-5 (1-5 cc/cycle) (DS 35477; DS 24117).
