Before You Order
- Order as 'Spray Lance, [face width] Gear Face Width, Part #...', e.g. LD93273120S for a 12 in face (DL29 p.23).
- Measure the gear face width first: it sets the lance P/N and nozzle count (DL29 p.22-23).
- DL29 lists valve panels for 2-8 nozzles only; the 1-nozzle lances (4-6 in face) have no matching panel in that list (DL29 p.23).
- Solvent cut-back lubricants: use the 9120 pump (120 lb drums) so drums change often and the lubricant doesn't dry or harden; the 9400 is fine otherwise (DL29 p.22).
- SC400 two-zone operation is not available when afterblow (air purge) is required (DL29 p.20).
Choosing Between Options
- Lances not in the DL29 p.23 table (A-suffix, S1/S2 suffix, 9-nozzle or 5-digit P/Ns) are non-standard; confirm face width, guard width and nozzle count against your drawing.
