- Series 32 / 33 injectors need a manifold or tee: 32 -> tee 22564 or 34539/34540/34541/ZEM32M manifolds; 33 -> tee 73462-3443 or 31000-4 to -10 (DS 35135 p.4-5).
- Compression outlets: 4 mm sleeve 35001 and male bushing 15326; lube-point fitting 4 mm x 1/8 NPT B3297 (Catalog B151 p.84).
- 4 mm nylon (5N25) or copper (5C25) feed tube; 6 mm nylon main line (B10437C) (Catalog B151 p.84).
Before You Order
- Cap change: 11 mm spanner, fit new green o-ring, replace the spring, torque 60 in-lb (6.75 Nm) (TS013 p.1).
- Dose is fixed by the cap, not adjustable: read the cap stamping (01, 03, 06, 10, 16, 20, 30, 40, 60, 100, 150 = hundredths of a cc) to match an existing point (DS 35135 p.2).
- Doses are series-specific: 0.01, 0.03, 0.16 cc only on 32/33/34; 0.2-0.6 cc on 35/39; 1.0 and 1.5 cc only on 39 (DS 35135 p.2).
- Injectors recharge only when the line relieves to 0.3-0.7 bar (5-11 psi) between cycles; the pump or dump valve must vent the line (DS 35135 p.2).
- Letters in the part number list outlets left to right; X = plugged outlet (Series 34, 35, 39) (DS 35135 p.2).
Choosing Between Options
- Change a dose without replacing the injector: TS013 cap kits (cap + o-ring + spring) are specific to series and outlet type; the kit for this injector is listed in the specifications (TS013 p.2).
- Push-to-connect (P) outlets cut fitting labor; compression (C) outlets use M8x1 fittings on 4 mm tube (DS 35135 p.1-2).
- ZEM series can be mixed in one system (DS 35135 p.1).
