- Air preparation ahead of any air pump: filter/regulator combos F956 (1/4"), F957 (3/8"), F958 (1/2") or FRL F6282/F984/F985 [Brochure 33136 p.18].
- Oil pumps only - hook-up kits: F904 (PM2), F906 (PM4), F916 (PM35), F914 (PM45/PM60) - air hose, quick coupler/nipple and 5 ft fluid hose [Brochure 33136 p.8, p.16].
- Grease pumps on open-top drums need a cover (F1934 35 lb, F1936 120 lb, F1938 400 lb) and a follower plate (F962, F964, F966) [DuaLine DL29 p.13].
- Relief valves (36" return tube): F609007 900 psi for PM2/PM4, PM45, PM60, PM35 5:1; F609008 1450 psi for PM35 8:1, PM45 10:1, PM60 12:1 oil pumps [Brochure 33136 p.9].
Before You Order
- Seal/repair kits (DS 35993 p.5): FGK1 air motor, FGK2 packing seals, FGK3 high-pressure valve, FGK4 foot valve, FGK5 check valve + HP cylinder & piston, F740958 intake.
- HP piston and cylinder are a matched set - replace both together [DS 35993 p.3].
- Follower plate is not included on F300/F302/F304 - order F962 (35 lb), F964 (120 lb) or F966 (400 lb) [Brochure 33136 p.10].
- 9400 has no drum cover or follower - add F1938 cover and F966 follower for a 400 lb drum [DuaLine DL29 p.13].
- Brochure DL29 lists a 3/8" NPT lube outlet; DS 35993 lists a 1/4" NPT(F) outlet with 1/2"-27 connector - check the pump in hand.
- Match the pump tube length to the container: 35 lb, 120 lb and 400 lb versions of the same pump are different part numbers and are not interchangeable.
Choosing Between Options
- Oil transfer: PM2 1:1 for short runs/high volume; PM2 3:1 or PM4 5:1 for hose reels and meters; PM35/PM45/PM60 for heavy-duty and multi-outlet systems [Brochure 33136 p.1-8].
- Grease: PM3 55:1 for portable/stationary single-reel service; PM35 60:1 for up to 2 simultaneous outlets; PM45/PM60 for large multi-outlet systems [Brochure 33136 p.10-14].
- For injector or DuaLine central stations use 9035/9120/9400 - the PM3 55:1 with return tube to the drum bottom [DS 35993 p.4; DuaLine DL29 p.12].
