Will this fit?
Yes if your machine has a Bijur AA or AB mechanical lubricator (the small cam-driven piston pump that runs off a machine shaft, no motor, no wires) and the machine runs on 115 VAC. Bijur no longer makes the AA/AB. BDI Technical Sheet TS015 specifies this crossover: a SureFire II 71800-C2PJ (2-liter, 115 V, built-in timer) plus the 71730 ZEM39 injector kit (a 1.5 cc positive-displacement injector, adapter and fittings) so the pump delivers a metered shot on a timer instead of on a cam.
Check first: whether your machine has a 115 VAC circuit available near the pump (the AA/AB never needed one). Count your lube points; this kit serves the same points the AA/AB did. For 230 VAC or 24 VDC we can build the same kit on the 71800-D2PJ or -B2PJ pump; ask.
How it behaves: the SureFire II pressurizes to about 450 psi during each cycle and vents to 10–15 psi between cycles. Your existing meter units need roughly 10 psi to open their internal check valves, so the system must hold that; a leaking or open line will show up as meter units that never feed. Minimum off time on the AC controller is 12 seconds.
What is in the box: 71800-C2PJ lubricator with timer, 71730 ZEM39 injector kit (ZEM391CJ injector, 25430-3 adapter, fittings). Mounting hardware and the 115 VAC connection are yours; DIN/M12 connectors are sold separately if you want a plug rather than terminal wiring.
