Haas lube pump 34819: what it is, what it fits, what to order with it.
Bijur P/N 34819 is the TM-5 lubricator Haas Automation specified for its one-shot way-lube system: 3-liter reservoir, 27.7-minute cycle at 60 Hz, 110 V. It is a Haas-specific build, which is why it is still made while the standard TM-5 models are not. If the label on your machine's lube pump reads 34819, this is the pump.
Symptoms that mean the pump, not the lines. Low-lube alarm with a full reservoir; no pressure at the gauge during a cycle; motor humming but no stroke; oil in the reservoir but dry ways. Before ordering a pump, check the reservoir filter (it clogs with old oil) and the 5/32" line for kinks. A $30 filter group fixes more Haas lube alarms than a $900 pump does.

- Way oil: the grade in your Haas manual (typically ISO 68).
