Bijur discontinued the TM-5. Here is what replaces it.
The TM-5 was Bijur's motor-driven one-shot lubricator from the 1970s until recently: a spring-discharge piston pump with a gear-set cycle timer, adjustable from 5 cc down to 2.5 cc per stroke, feeding resistance meter units on machine tools and packaging machines. Haas, Mazak and dozens of other builders fitted it. It is no longer made, and the piston group S295 that rebuilds it is built to order at the factory.
The specified replacement. Bijur Delimon Technical Sheet TS020 names the SureFire II SFX71322-RK (110/220 VAC) or SFX71322-BK (24 VDC) as the TM-5 replacement. It is a gear-pump lubricator with a built-in timer, set at the factory to deliver 2.5 cc per cycle into the same 5/32" line and the same meter units. It is not a bolt-for-bolt drop-in (the footprint differs) but there is no re-plumbing: your tubing and meter units stay.
Which TM-5 do you have? The label gives a model and a cycle time. Match it here to find the timer setting for the new pump.

On time is 15 seconds in every case. If you do not know whether the old stroke was at 5 or 2.5 cc, look at the stroke screw: if it was never touched, assume 5 cc.
What to check after installing. The SureFire II delivers a fixed volume, so line pressure may be lower than the TM-5 produced. If the machine has a pressure switch on the lube line, confirm it still trips every cycle; if not, adjust it or fit the 26641-2 switch. Add a 25-micron in-line filter near the pump if there is not one. Fill with the oil the machine builder specifies (the pump handles 20–1500 cSt).
The alternative. If you specifically want a piston pump with an adjustable 1–5 cc stroke, Bijur's current in-family unit is the TMD-5 (26350-1 through -6 for 115/230 VAC, 32295 for 24 VDC, cycle times 5.3 to 107 minutes). It has a low-level switch as standard and a 1.8-liter reservoir. Most customers take the SureFire II because it is the one BDI specifies and it has the timer built in.
