Will this fit?
Yes if you are replacing a Bijur TM-5 automatic lubricator on a machine with Bijur resistance meter units (the small brass units stamped FSA, FJB, FT, FKA and similar). Bijur discontinued the TM-5; this is the replacement BDI specifies in Technical Sheet TS020: a SureFire II SFX71322-RK gear-pump lubricator that delivers a fixed 2.5 cc per cycle into your existing lines.
Check first: the old pump's label. TM-5 model numbers D2986, D2988, D2990, D3187, D2992 (with level switch) and D2994, D2996, D2998, D3189, D3000 (without) all cross to this kit. Note the cycle time printed on the label; you will set the SureFire II timer from it (table below). Voltage: this kit is 110/220 VAC; for 24 VDC machines order the 24 VDC version instead.
Timer settings (TS020): on time is always 15 seconds. Off time is half your old TM-5 cycle if it was set to its full 5 cc stroke, or the full cycle if it had been turned down to 2.5 cc.

One thing to verify after install: because the SureFire II delivers a fixed volume, line pressure can run lower than the TM-5 produced. If your machine has a pressure switch on the lube line, confirm it still trips on each cycle; if it does not, adjust or replace it (we stock the 26641-2 for SureFire II SLR systems).
What is in the box: SFX71322-RK lubricator, a bag of 50 nylon 5/32" compression sleeves and 20 compression nuts so you can remake every joint you disturb. Your meter units and tubing stay.
You will also need: a 25-micron in-line filter near the pump if the old installation did not have one (BDI recommends it on every meter-unit system), and machine-specified way oil, 20–1500 cSt.
